Leaders in our site somewhat have favoritism, compensation should be fair since everybody contributes to the company's revenue. Incentive should be received after a month or just by the end of that cycle. Usually compensation is received after 2 months. There are also disputes

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am not sure, cause there are some issues encountered specifically regarding compensation, some leaders, the environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've been with 4 team managers since I started with DD, my current manager is the 5th due to changes. But so far all the teams that I have been with are the best people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When it comes to the leadership team, I only consider my supervisor and my operations manager. They are very helpful. However, when our site senior manager changes, we have already experienced some issues in our site. I as an employee in this site is not happy of how things turn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be fair, no salary increase for almost 4 years in this company. The only people that did only received compensation is based on the percentage. Salary increase can be based on each performance of the employee. Even a 500 peso increase or 1000 increase per year will be very helpfu
