All I can say is that while the pay is not kind of enough for me (but I have really no rights to complain due to the really light workload), I just can't find any reason to quit working on this company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Whenever I found out that I won't have any markdowns from the previous day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is sort of friendly. They don't judge anyone. I don't feel any sort of toxicity inside the workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They just let us do our own thing as long as it is not violating any sort of regulations inside the workplace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how chill my workload is but it would be nice if we could have something like a personal entertainment while working so avoid falling asleep even if I have more than enough amount of sleep.
