They are easy to work with and I can see that they are very dedicated to what we do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been with TaskUs for 6 years and my basic pay is still at 16k. Yes, there is an increase of 2k allowance being an SME but nowadays, alot has change and 16k is no longer enough specially if your are a bread winner. Tasks are being added time to time but compensation remains the same.
