Compared to the previous companies I've been with, TaskUs is the only company that was able to reach my expectations. And they consider the teammates/employees suggestion when making a decision. If there are changes, they make sure that everyone's aligned.

Almost everything I think? My TL , I think since she's really good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually it's not about how they value the teammates vs the compensation. It's just that with the country's current situation where the prices of the goods are going up, our compensation remains the same.
