I'm happy for a moment during payday. It doesn't last long.

We utilize our team meeting by using the recreational space created by the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easy to approach but can't do anything about your requests because apparently as per their motto, "change is inevitable".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The annual increase of salary is just 3% and that will depend on your performance. If your campaign is dissolved then your scorecard will be affected. Additionally, if you compare it to other BPO or other companies, the pay is small and not enough to feed a family.
