Low salary offer. Increase the salary. You're not paying animals, you're paying humans that have families to feed.

Increase in salary given the fact that they have added skilling and they can reskill us anytime they want

We are underpaid given the substantial amount of evidence that every day needs to increase their prices. It would greatly impact my experience if they increase our pay.
