Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary vs work is quite not compensating. I think we need a higher salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TKU environment is really good as they support anything you want, they are doing extra activities like dibs, happy hour, games, and tournaments, and you can request any activity and there is a high possibility that they make have it happen.
