A lot of things make me happy at work: helpful colleagues, concerned leaders, awesome facilities, good benefits. :)

They listen to people's feedback and they do not shy away from hard questions so that everyone is on the same page.

I trust our leaders and their decisions. I truly believe that TaskUs leaders have a People First mindset. It has been proven time and time again.

We are a diverse, inclusive organization and TaskUs was able to open my eyes to the myriad of personalities and talents the world has to offer.

Our HMO benefits includes Senior Citizens which is rare in Philippine companies. I am reassured that my 73 year old mother will get the best care if she gets sick.

The work that I do and the contribution I am making to help the whole organization. I also like that I am encouraged to do something for the community also.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team --- helping each other do be able to work better and more efficiently! We really try to practice the core value of Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I meet different types of people at work but everyone is welcoming and friendly so we are still able to understand each other. As far as I know, no one is ostracized since we are encouraged to have a positive outlook in life.
