I'm happy with the company. I've been with TaskUs for almost 6yrs now. But sometimes it makes me feel sad knowing that some of the leaders were external hire and they're not doing the "people first " Im feeling insecure about myself on how they treat people. I hope CEO can hear us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compesation for the demanding LOB also a fair salary increase based on the performance and in staying in the company for more than 5yrs.
