Actually, there is no teamwork. There are small groups within the team. Most are not responsible enough for their attendance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual increase is too difficult to get • Site location has difficult access to transportation regardless of time, so I usually take the cab instead or drive my car, which is really taking too much
