I am extremely happy I landed a job at TaskUs which is also related to my interests and forte as a human being. Benefits for an employee also is the best. I would suggest giving scholarships to teammates too, not just their guardians or children. Compensation is good but not really enough.

Everyone is happy and very dependable. Everyone helps indirectly or directly.

Its the thought that new learnings and skills on my new position.

They are eager to teach and pass on their learnings and wisdom to newbies.

We in our team are always looking forward for meet ups and meetings. It is nice having coworkers who understands and supports you at the same time.

It is knowing that you are working for a company/account which is related to your interests. It is knowing the environment you will work for isnt toxic.

I love how they encourage and support employees like me who is new to my position. They do it to all employees too which makes everyone excel on our chosen position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having fun and working at the same time. Cleaning and making the community safe is also a big part of it. By doing this, it is less toxic when you use it yourself on the real world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a content moderator for a big company have its ups and downs. I understand. But the compensation for our job is way too low compared to freelance and people who arent working for a BPO. Atleast raise the salary the same as them.
