The company is one of the best, however, managers are in favor of one GIRL who work from home in Bicol. Just got married and now wfh. DUH

Being with my co-workers and the office is very nice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The prices are getting super high and even the transportation amount is high.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I just love taskUs. They have good people except the one in our LOB.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think for this I'll suggest instead of saying the best part. I suggest that they add a transportation allowance since kidnappers, murderers are on the loose and fare is getting high.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm happy because of my co-workers. TL is great except the mangers as the managers are in favor of only one GIRL. They only allow this girl to wfh without valid reason and no medical issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TaskUs itself (the company) is the best company for me, however, the ops was not as they allow an agent to work from home without valid reason. The reason they tell us is she don't have a house here in Manila. Well, most of the teammates here don't have a house and yet they were renting just to work
