I started with the company 2 years ago and it's the first company I stayed this long. Primarily because the company lives its value that People before profits. When the pandemic happened, they immediately transitioned to WFH which we are extremely grateful for having a job during these trying times.

I enjoy working at TaskUs because of the stress-free environment.

The workplace is not toxic unlike other BPO companies I've been with. My manager and supervisor are approachable and treat us with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This is the first company that offered me good compensation and I have been with them for almost 3 years. My salary puts bread on the table and I'm able to provide for my family.
