All normal for me. Nothing to complain

Salary every 15th and 30th
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not really satisfied in how the Quality Team is being treated here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The movement of information in RTO settings if fast. But nothing compared if we are WFH.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Quality Team in our LOB is always the scapegoat to their mishaps. They give us too many workload and always blame us if there is a fault.
