Its was great during the first few years, I'm excited about the culture and the people, however, not so with the compensation for someone that stayed with the company for 7 years now. Hoping for a better compensation and salary celling needs to be adjusted.

Nothing but amazing, been with the company for 7 years and I'm hoping to stay with them longer and grow with the company.

I get to spending it and enjoy with people from other accounts.

We always have engagement activity and we are always updated on the important news about the company and out performance, I appreciate that they always make sure we are aware of what is happening with the account and the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been with the company since 2015 but I feel that with my years with the company, my salary and benefits is not adequate if we compare to what I could have gotten with other company. Right now, I'm only staying because of my colleagues and the culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of what's happening post covid pandemic and the current situation of our country's economy, my current benefits such as basic pay is no longer enough to sustain our basic needs. I'm one of those who already reached the ceiling of a TMs basic pay, I'm hoping that the company would increase it
