Since I'd been in the company for 6 yrs now and I'm still a teammate. I'm looking for a high salary and permanent work from home setup. Benefits are really awesome but the salary itself is too low. I'm quite demotivated and uninterested on any opportunities in this company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not spreading negativity and support each other's interest. Make love not war.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I'm comfortable to work at home instead in office or hybrid shifts will do

I'm comfortable to work at home instead in office. Very convenient and I can save more money rather working onsite.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
being transparent to everyone, no power trip, no favoritism or conflict of interest. Encouraging the teammate to improve and inspire them to step up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No transportation allowance, hazard pay or attendance incentives unlike the other company there have those benefits. No shuttle service for midnight shifters, transportation is not yet 100%. Also, since it's pandemic I'm hoping that you can allow hybrid shift 2 days in office, 3 days WFH.
