Honestly, I can say that TaskUs is the best BPO company. I love how they handle their employees, how they treat us fairly. All you need is here in TaskUs. Like they have a wellness session which is really good. We have engagement activities which we really do enjoy. Like everything is so good!

What I like the most about the leadership would be they always give us updates and communicate with us in an efficient way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of the compensation package would be the skill allowance. It plays a huge part in our salary and it helps us a lot.

I'm most happy at work when there's an engagement. Like we can play games, we have theme days. We also celebrate special occasions like mother's day etc.

One of the best things about my team is that we always work as one. We always help and support each other no matter what the circumstances are.

I think the most positive culture and environment at my company would be that we always have fun while we do our job. Work Hard, Have Fun! Indeed it is.
