It is superb. There are instances wherein some of the policies or actions are not what you agree at but the company always make sure to hear the voice of its people and makes sure to act on it without compromising the company itself and its people. It is balanced.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make sure to cater to their subordinate's needs whether it may be work-related or personal matters.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people in it. By far this is the best people I've worked with coming from two previous companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is open to diversity. The company acknowledges that there are different people with different cultures and background but if we just accept that we will be able to overcome these differences and work comfortably with one another to achieve the goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If you will look at the figures themselves, you will say that it is not competitive enough but what makes it great is that there are other benefits you will be receiving aside from the usual package that most companies in the same industry offers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The feeling of belongingness/inclusivity. I can say that people in our department really embodies one of the company's core value which is "Teamwork makes the dream work." It is very important that you feel that you belong to the team or the department itself and in the company as a whole.
