I'm still trying my hardest to be enthusiastic and optimistic about going to work while COVID-19 is still on the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic salary is not competitive enough compared to other companies who offered the same compensations and other benefits. An increase to the salary will definitely make me feel better.
