Still hoping for a work from home set up, as the inflation is rising, salary is not enough one job is not enough for all the expenses. And the travel time as well. More improvement most of the company competingon work from home setup. For taskus still with good benefits but the ceiling is bad.

allowance, and transporation allowance, this days the prices of everyhing was so high budgeting is so hard, so you need to find other jobs to fullfill your needs

the management, more callcenter company offers work from home because it was a big help for people mostly financially and it's a big saved like for me i have 2 kids but their not with me, because I need to from imus cavite to anonas qc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
remove the ceiling on our basic pay,especially to tenured agents (5yrs-present) - 5% & up guaranteed annual increase on our basic pay for tenured agents - additional VLs (2 VLs per month per employee) - monetary incentive for agents with perfect attendance -De Minimis increase due to the INFLATION
