I do not see my future here in task us for my career growth
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
You need to change our team leader because he still needs to improve himself.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be better to increase our salary same on how the expenses increase specially the bills and groceries.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Avoid negative approach to agents and let just just our job as long as we are passing the scorecards.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we are lack of enjoyment, we do not enjoy what we are doing because of our leader's focus is judge us
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My team leader is rude, arrogant, irresponsible, his passing his jobs to his agents. He is doing micromanagements. He doesn't care about the feelings of his agents. He's in a high risk of doing retaliation to his agents. He even slept during work hours on 5/4/22. Lack of support and leadership.
