TaskUs has a good environment which helped me to be more relax and comfortable working. My work and my personal life are balanced depending on my time management. The schedules are fairly given to us.

Having free lunch makes me want to go to work everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of this is the night differential and other bonuses especially during December.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaders are very enthusiastic and our prod has a light mood where teammates can relax and work comfortably even when our managers are around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have an openness, which I really love in this environment. They also give us time to speak our opinions and suggestions about the improvement of our team.
