Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position puts me in certain situations were I have to confront people who are a liability making me feel in a constant safety risk.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was alone for more than 1 month leading a group of 22 teammates because the other leader resign, It was a lot of work, my OM did helped but I still managed it mostly by myself. It would have been great if I would have received a bonus for that time.
