they are frank. does not hesitate to tell me my mistakes and flaws. and immediately comes up with action plans to correct them. they are very dedicated to the job assigned to them
What are some of the best things about your team?
we help each other. there is no drama or bad blood which is normally prevalent on an average team within a bpo company. its a friendly atmosphere where i can work without underlying worries.
