The leadership team is good at their job. They make sure that all of the teammates needs are attended
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All necessities gone up by my salary remain the same. The additional allowance would be great to match the economy prices increase

all of the SME teams are very considerate and fun to be with they are the reason why I am excited to come to work daily,
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we have a happy hr every 2 weeks, I love that we have event on special occasion such as mother's day and others. Taskus really made us feel special
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I've been with the company for almost 6 yrs and my salary remains the same but due to the change this year I got a 4% increase. I also want to suggest it would be better if the teammate who resigned and has been with the company for more than 5 yrs should receive separation pay.
