Higher Basic Salary and a Monthly Incentive. Annual increase. Travel incentive

What I like the most is the idea of having open communication.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the allowances. Hoping to have it increased if a teammate is being cross-skilled.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My current team is really eager to learn new things that will benefit one another. Always excited to report to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work setting is awesome. The facilities are great as well. Auto-approved PLs as long as you have enough credits and PLs are filed 14 days prior. Wellness prpgram.
