We are close to each other and we prove that teamwork makes the dream work
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing we do is when we help each other. In the terms of solving the customers' concerns even on how to attain the passing KPIs of the campaign. Best thing is, everyone is approachable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders are good in taking care of their teammates/agents. They make them us to feel that there's always a room for improvements and opportunities and drop the feeling of being weakest link in the team. I like most is that, they can be your friends at the same time respect is served.
