What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Office and the benefits. The office has really live colors in it that makes you happy to go to work, the facilities are nicely kept and the benefits the company provides is stellar.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With all the day to day changes on our specific client, DoorDash, I feel that we would need better compensation. We have been upskilled and had to face various transformations on Quality and KB articles that it does get confusing from time to time. These changes makes me, personally, doubt myself
