Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It was a good experience so far. I enjoy my work, my teammates are easy to talk to. We get along well with with each other. Even if we are in a work from home set up right now, I feel the closeness and bond of our team.

Everybody is helpful and willing to reach out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide weekly policy updates, and they are welcome to answer questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no discrimination regardless of age, gender, ethnicity or gender preferences.
What makes you most happy at work?
My teammates are easy to get along with which makes work more fun

No one is left behind, everyone is helping and willing to help each other.

There is no discrimination, everyone is always willing to help and assist anyone who needs help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. We can come to our supervisors anytime and tell our concern. they are open they welcome suggestions.
What makes you most happy at work?
My workload i not very easy and not that hard either. Our support team is very approachable and my teammates are fun to work with. The environment is light and fun, you wont notice it's already end of your shift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we should have internet allowance since we are working from home. Salary increase should also not be based in "human project" but based on performance. Right now our incentive is based on team performance, it would be good if there will also be individual performance incentives.
