The company should allow a cleansing period in terms of the NODs (Ex. First written, second written and final written warning) in order to clear ourselves. With this existing process, we are being deprived from promotions, annual salary increase & even our employment no matter how tenure we are.

Our team is fully aware of our goals as a TM but our TL should also be aware of his responsibilities. TLs should avoid micromanaging TMs every time we fail on a certain metric, demotivating us every session and not listening to what we wanna say, but still stick with what he think about us.
