Facing quick changes in work load affect our daily life's. However we have to go to work to sustained our needs, but our salary is not enough to balanced our daily necessity every day demand.

They are friendly and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture here is great however giving time for those who work for night shift is not fare as of the moment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not good in my part because it is too far to my home. I have to save 2 and half hour just to be ON time shift. Hassle in my part. Do we have permanent schedule for WFH.
