TaskUs is a good compony. They think of their people first. However, we are unhappy with our new HMO benefit as it is super hassle to use.

We help each other. However, there are some sycophant members on the team.

I love seeing my friends at work. I also love my role as a support as I was able to help my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The new HMO is very hassle for us to use. As for the compensation, we are hoping to increase the offer on TMs.
