Very friendly people and extremely ridiculous

Team meetings, upskill training and calibration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and have high regards with the teammates decisions and morale
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I guess because of the provincial rate which really does not make sense
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good mannered. I do not look forward to dealing with them face to face since I am still reluctant to be back on site for my health reasons
