No role delineation. Working with various people across the globe and with different job positions is never an issue.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone I've worked with so far are very professional but at the same time emphatic. The people-first culture is ingrained in everyone's hearts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never encountered a leadership team who's more invested in their people. All initiatives, projects, and decisions are founded on the people-first culture of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I accepted the job offer knowing that my pay has been downgraded so I'm basing my answer from this. However, the overall benefits provided to me more than compensates the pay cut. There are benefits that salary can't give.
