It's been a ridiculously good 2 years to be part of TaskUs. It's been a long ride, but TaskUs never change when it comes with it's "People First" goal. I really like TaskUs.

The best part for me probably the incentive and skill allowance so far.

My co-workers, my team leader, and events where I can show my passion for music.

When I go to work, it makes me happy because I know I will get a salary.

They have events for you to show off your passion, do fun things while at work, and positive environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Skill allowance is not worth the job we are currently doing on our current campaign. We are handling emails, chats, and technical tickets, but we are only being paid fairly despite doing a lot of jobs.
