What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The frontline first culture. That's what I like the most.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They delayed the RTO deployment. The fact that they prioritized keeping our employees satisfied versus revenue is an indicator that you are in a company that values.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Integrity. I feel like not all seeks to make their work be their loudest voice. It's no limited to just KPIs. Rather, as little as simply taking your own team's escalation instead of trying to avoid it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Due to the sudden paradigm shift, it uncovered the hidden pearl and emerging VA industry. As such, we saw that compensation and the liberty to work anywhere, for as long as you have stable internet connection is possible. At the same time, the compensation is not limited to the market value.
