It has been a roller coaster of experience for the past 7 years. A lot has changed but it makes me happy that we're able to grow this much this year. Let's aim to retain skilled, great, and empowered people by not taking too much from them too while compensating the work that we do equally.
It's been a great 6 years of stay here with TaskUs and I am still looking forward for more years to come.
It has been a roller coaster ride for 8 years but I am content and still happy working with TU. Seeing the company grow and develop people makes me proud.

The people themselves. The culture instills collaboration and fosters good relationship starting from the leadership.
Engaged and very much willing to adapt to changes as well as open in taking on challenges
Wish to have my salary be aligned to the market range since i am an internal hire
Inclusivity and understands the needs of its people. It does not discriminate and promotes internal talents to be developed
The support and transparency as well as the eagerness to help in envisioning my career path in the company.
The work itself, my team, and the stakeholders including how I can look forward with my future career's success.
Openness, flexibility, inclusivity but can still work on decisions that would make it more efficient for us who are doing the ground work
Much better if internal hires are also given fair compensation to those who will be hired externally. If not the same, at least close to avoid disparity and comparison of compensation vs the actual delivery of effort/output.
Salary alignment for managerial levels especially within our team since we all do the same work and should be measured on the impact or contribution to the business. Said this because there is the same position on other depts that gets higher when they're not that really involved most of the time.
