As an LXL, i just wish we were paid for overtime hours

the load of work sometimes gets out of hand. need a raise

Well, if this was 2 years ago, i would be satisfied. But inflation keeps on hitting us with haymakers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well, for my higher ups, from LXM, SLXM to our Training Director. I just love the support that I am getting, I can feel that they are really setting me up for success.
