during my three years in taskus i feel happy and contented except for the time around nov 2021 when i was processing my maternity leave i felt stressed , demotivated and emotionally drained because my maternity concern was not addressed as soon as possible
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
the first years was the best years working locally and taskus being my first bpo im quite satisfied. but during my 3rd year when i had an issue with my maternity leave and my case was not addressed properly made me lose faith in the tagline 'people first" .

we work as one and work well with each other as a team

do more with less and we have the ridiculous people to work with

the work environment is positive and i feel at ease going to work everyday

What are some of the best things about your team?
we know our role and task how we should work together to achieve our goal and we care and trust and help each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leaders should also sympathize with the team mates struggles and grievances not add up and stress them ..changes should be transparent and clear not stressful and uncertain
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people in the production floor help and care for one another we our best to assist and make each other eager to perform and perform at our best everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?
if the issue on hand was handled properly then we get our compensation but like the time when i needed to have my maternity leave process so i can concentrate on my medical issue it was not handled properly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the tl's and managers are hands on in supporting us but i felt demotivated when my maternity leave concern was not properly handled it made me felt betrayed and not supported emotionally during my miscarriage specially during the pandemic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the medical concerns especially with regards to maternity concerns are not properly addressed and people handling it are not knowledgeable and attentive adding up to the stress of the person reaching out...god forbid someone might die because of this attitude and the way they handle these concerns..
