I have completed a year working with TaskUs and I find this place the best place to work with. We have a wonderful work culture over here and most importantly the Wellness of Employees is also taken care of. I joined as a Teammate and recently I have been promoted as a Quality Analyst.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It was excellent but, sad with what happened recently. As per the company policies, in GITP we have HR Round>OM Round>SOM Round>BGV. I cleared the SOM Round but, they asked to give another Director round. No one ever explained why this happened with ME ONLY when others were promoted after SOM Round.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their People Management Skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We Work hard and have fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is the House Rent Allowance which we get.

We all believe "Team Work Makes The Dream Work".

The Work Targets inspire me to be happy and more efficient.

We are working as a team and are helping each other whenever required.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges I encounter everyday, I am a problem solver and I take ownership of difficult tasks and address them effectively keeping the company policies in mind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently we are working from home so, we are interacting virtually and there is not much I can say about the environment but, it was positive and energetic back when I was working from office.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should also be focused on the growth of their team members and not just concerned about over achieving targets. Honesty and transparency must be reflected in the conversations, most importantly emotional intelligence must reflect in a leader's action.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work which we deliver is more as compared to the compensation we get, I can understand that there is a limit which cannot be exceeded but atleast there should be a reasonable appraisal based on the performance one delivers.
