Our company is the best in terms of work and skill update, but salary slabs are bit lower side as per the inflation right now in India. Incentives are paid in xoxo voucher which only used for online purchase. New hire are getting more salary than current employee. Politics in hiring process.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Everything is good but incentives are very less, we should get the leaves as per our Indian festivals . Currently we need to apply our paid leaves for these festivals and even we are not provided any leaves as per the Lob's off days like labor day , Christmas, thanks giving etc.
