First of all if anyone wants to grown in the BPO then I don't think there is a better place than TaskUs and if I will talk about the culture so the working culture is extremely good and personally I do not think that anyone can be bored while working .
What makes you most happy at work?
The working culture the work and a team which is always ready to help you and most importantly a good coffee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very helpful and friendly even we do not feel like we are working out side of our comfort zone it feels like a friendly activity while working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The colors and the theme and the well experience team when you see a person who knows about the work more than you it always motivates you to work hard for the excellence.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As, I was an trainer in my previous organization and I have joined this organization as a teammate then I got promoted as a QA but I did not get any kind of increment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
First of all it doesn't feels like a team it always feels like a family when you just enter into the office you will have a bunch of greetings and smiling faces which motivates you for your work and gives you a positive energy though out the day.
