So far, it's a good experience. The only thing I wanted to happen again is the work from home setup.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher basic pay or at least a yearly increase. Never experienced it.

I am an experienced employee but I think I am being paid as a new hire and there was difficulty getting an increase. They should add more bonus or incentive.
