I love working at TaskUs, but one of the senior leads makes me feel numb and embarasses me daily in front of my colleagues. I hate this and strongly condemn for this.

I like Office Culture as it helps and motivates me to work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being Competitive is Ok, but pulling legs and wispering the things out is disgusting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TaskUs is an international company and I also expect atleast Meal & Cab services that most of the Domestic Companies are providing. Even the salary package of a QA is high in few domestic companies.
