Working together with my team. The feeling of your not just a single employee but a part of a system that creates greatness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are not perfect, we have flaws, and my manager really made it positive in a way that I became motivated and inspired to embrace those flaws and use them to improve myself so that I can be a better leader.
What makes you most happy at work?
Supporting my teammates. As a team lead, I am motivated and eager to support my team in whatever they need at work, even in their personal lives, I'm willing to help. This is because I value and love my company and my job. My view on the BPO industry changed a whole lot when I became part of TaskUs.
