The team gathers our feedback and suggestion. Do not tolerate bad work like no loitering at work.

A leadership team who are understanding, and help us to have a basic pay increase. there is no luck to be promoted.

we are working teamwork helping each other the team to be the beat. When SME is not around my co employee assist me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is the helping together when there is an acitivity in making decoration of the event. we do have employees transgender, seniors PWD.

there is a survey ESAT that we can provide feedback and suggestion. An event like happy hour. LGBT has HMO. HMO is up to 75 years old dependent but voluntary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders help me to have the free shuttle when I get to work last Feb 2022 up to May 15, 2022. This means leader listen to us cocerns and provide solution too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
year 2022 to present commodities price increase and even the fare but this March a merit increase will be provided but reaching the maximum basic pay only one-time bonus. this is not included in the 13-month pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
the challenge to be promoted. my co worker and leader who help me about my situation even there is delay. The free food lunch. Now there training the acadmy bu not quite okay becasue not face to face
What makes you most happy at work?
Happy to work to be promoted in 5 years still teammate salary stil at ceiling of P20k this makes me excited to work to not losing hope that someday I will be promote and have an increase in salary. Happy we have free meal hoping to have free rides or shuttle again or to have transpo allowance.
