Some of them, are transparent about changes but most are not.

I think some of the best thing is the bond as long as the team work that we do everyday.

I'm happy going to work because of it's positive environment and good ambiance. Of course with great people as well.

I like those coaching sessions with my Team Leader wherein they are consistent in providing constructive criticism, 'coz I really learned from those.

I love that they are giving the compensation ahead of time. and that they are consistent in providing Incentives. I believe this makes the TMs more productive and aim for more.
