Although the pay isn't that competitive, I still stayed for 3 years going 4 due to it's incredibly friendly and easygoing environment. Although the work can be stressful, this gets lessen with the help of the friendly atmosphere within the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the leaders are humble and easy to approach. You won't feel the need to be stiff around them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current manager makes sure that all concerns and updates are communicated to us. All issues and concerns of the team is also addresses immediately and results are being communicated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits, especially the benefits leaning to our health and insurances are fantastic, however, the overall pay seems to be stagnant. The workload and expectations are continuously increasing without added benefits or pay.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have integrity to their work, so everyone is inspired to do the same and to do better. The environment within the team is very friendly and this also extends to the leaders as they seem easy to approach.
