I love TaskUs but my account does not make me feel valued anymore. I feel like I am just another teammate that can be easily replaced.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Teamwork and camaraderie are solid. I genuinely feel that they are my brothers/sisters.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Same reason stated on the other question. I feel that are skills are being maximized but they do not want to give us extra skills allowance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been an L2 for almost 3 years now. So much tasks has been added compared to when we were hired but we have not received any increase to our skills allowance yet.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My TL is always ready to help us at work or even when it comes to our personal life but I feel that the leadership starts and ends with our TL. TaskUs as a company is still one of the best but I feel that out account is beginning to be toxic and it slowly loses its "People First" motto.
