I personally feel that I am lucky to be a part of Taskus. I got the growth here in just a year. however talking about compensation, It is very less than expected specially when a persons gets promoted internally.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no difference of salary slab between TM and TL. Teammate is earning more than a TL. Salary slab should be finalized for a TL.
